Hi, I tried to use your website to purchase two passes for one day as we are going to a birthday party and your website authorized a charge for two Season Passes. We waited on hold for 3 hours to talk to an individual named Ruth who couldn't even help us with our situation. I contacted PayPal and they want me to reach out to the vendor but the issue is I can't reach anyone who has the capability of assisting me with this. I had to go ahead and purchase two more tickets that were just for the single day so we could join our party. Please work with your team to get me a full refund for my unused season passes. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE PASSES OR TICKETS ON THE COMPANY WEBSITE AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A SEASON PASS OVER A 1-DAY PASS.
