Unauthorized payments being taken out of my account

I ordered these as Christmas gifts and noticed that they have been taken 9.95 out of my account monthly since I placed my order. They do not answer their phone and I have no other way to contact them. So, I will be contacting the fraud department with my bank. This a such a shady way to steal from people. I expect a full refund of the payments that they have stolen from my account.
