I am continuously being charged a payment sms notification fee which I had immediately deactivated since the opening of my account. I have contacted them on twitter and facebook, with no resolution to my problem. To make matters worse I even went to their Greenstone mall branch and to say the male consultant was useless is an understatement. I deeply regret banking with this bank which opt to steal and has very poor communication channels and useless conflict resolution skills. Please people do not bank with African Bank.
