i had 2 unauthorised payments taken from my bank in april from shoefabs .i have never shopped with them and never had an account with them. i contacted my bank and they told me the payment was done by me and i cannot claim the money back.i have researched online and even got a tracking number for the parcel but the number is non existent .i am really pissed off as i am a pensioner and i cannot afford to lose money . i cannot find a contact number so cant call them either.
