My husband used my personal credit card for this purchase. I wanted the subscription cancelled, the account deleted, and a return of my funds. The CSR was unwilling to provide me with information, even after I called from my husband's phone, because he wasn't answering my telephone number again. I got the required information from my husband, called from his number, same CSR answered, I provided all correct information and he still ended the call without making any statement. Your customer service representative is a nitwit fuck-tard. User's recommendation: They're all slimy garbage.
