unauthorized charge to my credit card in the amount of $54.00

Please note that I cancelled use of your software in 2020 after approximately using it for 4 or 5 months. I did this using the protocol on your website. I did not ask for credit for the balance of the year which was not used. This current charge to my account made on [protected] is unauthorized and either was made in error or (I hope not) deliberately. Kindly issue a refund to my credit card account.
