In February 2021 we contacted Just Answer ( Tech_Geek Justanswr) in relation to a query regrading a faulty Samsung TV. This company appeared to be the helpline for Samsung TVs. We had a difficult experience trying to resolve the fault which was unsuccessful. We agreed to a one-off payment of £35 in February. We did not give permission for monthly subscription payments which we now realise have been taken from February. On 28th August 2021 a further debit card payment of £35 was attempted, but declined by our bank. 5 unauthorised payments of £35 have been taken from our account using our debit card details. This is a formal complaint and we request a refund of £175 by Just Answer. Our card has been cancelled so our refund will have to be by a different method.
