Unauthorised credit card charges for ‘Kogan First’ & unable to contact customer service

I did not sign up but getting Credit card charges for Kogan First. Cannot access account as Kogans email confirmation is not working. Tried contacting Kogan by phone and online but every attempt returns to the email system that does not send the stated email. It appears that Kogan make it impossible to make any direct contact yet their online system "customer care" is woefully inadequate and simply does not work. They have my correct email address ([protected]@hotmail.com) but their mail does not arrive and it is not in my Junk folder.
