Today (3/16/2019) I had a $100 gift card someone gave us as a Christmas present and used it to buy a Prime beef tenderloin and 2 other items. I told the cashier I had it and she said slide it. Ok, I slide the card and the total showed $124.00. I mentioned the $100 had not been deducted. She was like yea with no explanation. I asked if I was supposed to hit the ok button anyway. Yes, she says. I also had a coupon for $10.00 off the next time I shopped there and spend $60.00. I thought she would either issue me a piece of paper or give me back my coupon. She kept the coupon I guess to use for herself. She was not helpful about anything and also kept my coupon. I won't publish her name here although it is on my receipt. She is not the only female cashier at the Gainesville, FL Fresh Market who gives the impression as wishing to be doing something besides working as a cashier.
