Unansered 3rd complaint

Had to ring 5 times, constantly told Manager in meeting. Emails to manager, Denise ignored, so have to call. Won't refund me until I send item back via UPS, which needs label and 3 copies invoice, when only have one printed copy. I've no computer or access printer for this. Told Assistant today, but just ignored. No contact since on my contact compensation or how else to return for refund. Item supposed to be XL which is normally size 16, but too big, is like size 18. Sizes not on their size chart. Totally disgusting. User's recommendation: Don't bother.
