They Forced credit voucher for slightly higher than the dollar amount I paid for the tickets (my original costs were $30 service fee and another 30$ for insurance- where I should get a REFUND if the concert is canceled.) I applied the credit voucher, to the same exact tickets, to the same concert, on a different date and, they increased the service fee to $50, charged me insurance for $30 again, and the same tickets that were $86 are now almost $400?!!!!!
