2 of my Flights were cancelled 1 due to lack of flight crew another was delayed 2 hours. After 4 hours standing in a line in Dallas with no hope for getting out the next day I booked a flight on Delta. American Airlines is only giving me a credit for $133!! I had to pay $350 to get home to do my job or lose it. UNACCEPTABLE! American Airlines SUCKS! User's recommendation: thier flight success rate is poor - take another airline!
