Purchased through QVC It stopped working I want a replacement I have exchanged emails with customer service for weeks now. 3 different agents. The replacement item they sent is not acceptable. I purchased mine because of model and color....Burgundy It worked for months until it didn't. Why can't I get a replacement? I have offered others I would accept with the same price range.
