There are two connections at my home one is free and another is tatasky, and both of them tatasky is providing very pathetic services and mostly face issue in it..after recharge, I thought that I would watch news channels but issue is your box is not receiving signals, while i have checked all the wire which are connected properly..nothing is left to do but issue is not resolving. This is paid service so it must be perfect and there shouldn't be the source of customer arrogance. Many times I tried to call customer care but all nos provided at site are coming invalid. User's recommendation: Will never suggest due to costly and poor services...
