Unable to speak with a live person or competent rep.

I'm an insurance agent and wanted to verify insurance payment information, Their insurance department is totally automated and gives you other options than to speak with a live rep and disconnects call. Worse system I've ever dealt with. User's recommendation: Really don't know what to tell you. I tried to go backdoor on their phone options to actually speak with someone and the 1st rep I spoke with disconnected the call and the 2nd rep transferred me to the insurance department, that again, doesn't give you an option to speak with a live person.
