unable to send text message

I am using Reliance GSM number since from many years. I haven't used the number for one year as i was out of country. Now I am using it and i don't know what is the problem, the text message is not being sent. It always says message not sent with available balance in it. Can you please consider my complaint and solve my problem as early as possible. Thank you
