In March my Green Energy account was moved to EDF. I have supplied them with my opening statement. Since then I see nothing keep telling me my account is open but shows zero. I was in credit with my old supplier by several hundred £s. I would like to know how long it takes for EDF to bring an account up to date. Several chats and phone calls only advise me the same thing. in in my account account. User's recommendation: If it is your intention to change to EDF AVOID.
