Unable to schedule maintenance

Update by user Apr 19, 2021 I was finally able to get a hold of someone on the phone. It took several days of calling. Don't bother looking for chat, the only way to get a response from this company is by calling. Original review posted by user Apr 19, 2021 Bought the extended warranty when I purchased from Amazon. 2 plus years have never used it. It sounded good with annual preventative maintenance service every 12 months. Problem is you can never get a hold of a person to schedule the maintenance. Tried the web site but their chat is disabled. I was able to reach someone via the customer support links but they could only schedule me if I paid. She said that only ICON staff can schedule maintenance, so not sure what she was. User's recommendation: Don't buy the extended warranty if it is from ICON. It is worthless.
