I purchased a pair of Born leather sneaker style studded shoes. I was so excited when they arrived. I ordered my usual size, 7. The shoes, while beautifully made and comfortable, they didn't fit properly. The shoes were a bit long and they slipped on both heels. I wanted to return them but there was no information on how to do that. I researched online. Per the Born website, the only way to return an item is to use the enclosed return form. If no form was sent with the shoes Born would not accept them. I now have a pair of shoes I can't wear and I'm out $55. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
