I have contacted Customer Service/ Went to my nearest branch/ installed LBC App but all of these requests did not make any good or movement to my request, all is pending on tracking my package after one week. There is no progress, I am trying to keep up with my deadlines but I won't be able to have it refunded from Lazada. Doing business with you is the worst decision I have ever taken, That is why maybe Lazada did not include you as partners anymore. Bulok!
