Unable to receive order or refund

Called due to updated email saying order placed 2 weeks ago would be shipped yesterday. They said still sitting in the warehouse, no idea when it will be shipped, not allowed to talk to customer service to get a refund. They would send them a message. Have not still heard anything from the company. This was a pricey order. User's recommendation: Do not order.
