I shipped an item I was selling to a buyer and when I put the tracking information on there it was off by one digit. I tried to update it and the site wouldn't allow me to. I need to update the tracking number so I can make sure the buyer gets the package and so that I can get paid by Facebook Marketplace. I sent a message on August 10 and they're supposed to respond in 48 hours. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM them. There's NO number to call them. I'm VERY frustrated. User's recommendation: Be careful when inputting the tracking number. Don't mess up because you can't update it.
