I bought a Tread Climber, since I bought it, has not been working properly. Calling Customer Service wait time is very very long. Sometimes after wait phone is disconnected. Unable to reach customer service. would like to return my equipment. I am feeling very disappointed that i bought this spend more that $2000 on it and not working properly. Please reach out to me.Musafar User's recommendation: I had a bad experience with my Tread Climber.
