I have been trying to add a recent visit to Carrabas in Fayetteville NC, but am unable to do so online and trying to reach someone on the listed contact phone number is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE. All I get is a continuous loop and telling me my wait time is greater than 3 min. Ok, but waiting up to 40 min on this system at various attempts throughout the day is ridiculous. It gives the impression of avoiding customers. ?? User's recommendation: Answer the darn phones!!! or set up a call back reply.
