Unable to pay or see balance

The website only shows April billing statement. You cant' see anything other then billing statements. No balances or anything. I called 4x. @ x disconnected, 2x on hold for 40 min. I gave up. Received new card (old one expired) Can't activate or register it. Site keeps saying call customer service. And that doesn't work. Really bad service. User's recommendation: Don't get a Milestone or Destiny Card.
