Purchased tickets for an Arizona State Baseball Game on 5/01. The game was canceled. Tickets were an option on Ticketmaster but dealing with them is useless. Have tried to call Secure-Tix; wait time for speaking to a 'rep' is 299 minutes. Tried a live chat - questions constantly repeat. Emails to customer support go unanswered. Beware of this so-called business! User's recommendation: Find another.
