I had not been able to get a password reset for months. NEVER ever sent me a password reset. Finally i told them to cancel. Since i cannot get into account to cancel not sure what will happen. I would not recommend using this website. Not sure it is a USA company. NO IT group to give customers a password reset. Waste of money
