I am having a problem logging into my account . I keep getting the message that my user name or PW is incorrect, so I reset the PW (I use my email address as my user name is this allowed?) I rec, a message from VPN that it had been reset. Tried once more to log in & rec. the same error message. What now????? Please advise at- walker05@***.com
