Purchased their low-end riding mower for occasional use. It didn't last 2 months, and Troy-Bilt lied about their being a local service center (the place had gone out of business and they didn't even KNOW, and continue to give out false information), so now they expect me to hire someone to haul the piece of junk 50 miles away for service... after which I will STILL have nothing but a piece of junk, apparently built from Legos or Tinker Toys. DON'T waste your money on Troy-Bilt and don't waste your time , apparently User's recommendation: Don't waste your money on Troy-Bilt, and don't waste your time with their customer service department. They don't care!
