DontLast year when Covid hit our concert was cancelled. Bon Jovi said he cancelled concerts so ticket goers would gat a refund and not just rescheduled. The company refuses to give them and issued a credit. Now we are going on almost a year and still unable to go to concerts. Want to know if the credits will be extended but cant reach company no matter what I try! Guess i g we are all just put this money.., so disappointed as I actually paid more than usual for these tickets and it hurts the pocket book!! User's recommendation: DONT use this company!! They are awful!
