Original review updated by user Jul 02, 2021 Placed an order 6/22/2021. Order status states "Not shipped" 10 days later. Have sent 5 emails over the last 5 days and have only gotten replies from a bot stating that they would be contacting me within 1-3 days to resolve my issue. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order. Waited on hold for 35 minutes yesterday to talk to a service rep. Had to hang up. Tried again today. On hold for 30 min. Spoke to person briefly, put back on hold for another 10 minutes, during that time, my order has now miraculously "shipped." Will not hold my breath waiting for it to show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY! User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service. Do not receive ANY product.
