Unable to get customer service

I was using this service to buy downloadable hi-res digital music. They have a good selection and reasonable prices. The last time I used it Citibank flagged them as a potentially fraudulent vendor and asked me to verify the charge. It seems this was because I had made several small charges within a short period of time. I immediately verified the charge. However, because Citibank delayed approval, Qobuz totally locked me out. I tried other credit cards. I tried creating a new account with a different email. Nothing works. Their customer service is non-responsive. I tried calling the number from my earlier credit card charges and it's disconnected. I got a number from google for them and it answers and immediately hangs up. At this point I'm thinking Citibank may have had other reasons to suspect them of fraud. I strongly suggest you steer clear of this company. User's recommendation: Avoid. They do have competitors.
