Unable to get assistance with canceling service

On December 15, 2020, I completed a DocuSign to change RingCentral to monthly billing assuming this would take care of our annual renewal. This was done in preparation to port our RingCentral numbers to another carrier so we could use the numbers natively in Teams. On March 17, 2021, we finally completed the port out. Since then, I have been trying to work through account manager to cancel the service, only to be told that we're still on an annual contract. I've contacted their chat and call center several times, along with the account manager and am getting nowhere. Most of the time, the call center won't answer the phone, and my account manager left me two weeks ago with a promise this was being escalated. If I'm indeed stuck in a contract, then I at least want all the services and add-ons cut down to a minimum.
