I purchased "Wondershare AllMyTube for Windows" and received an e-mail from "share-it! Notification" with a link to retrieve the registration/activation code. When I access the link it asks for either my order number or e-mail in order to obtain the activation code. I tried both and received error messages with both. Unable to find help from any of the four different companies listed on the paperwork e-mailed to me.This is very frustrating because I am in the middle of a project I am working on and it is now stalled due to my inability to access the "Wondershare AllMyTube for Windows" program. User's recommendation: Don't buy this product, ping pong customer service.
