Unable to fulfill order

Been over 2 months since I ordered over $400 in OEM Kawasaki parts. I tried to be understanding, as I have purchased from them before, but never again. 2 months = NO PARTS! Nothing but delay notices and excuses. Then last week they tell me they have to re-order the main piece but can't until mid-month. When I asked for a refund (multiple times) the email stops or the chat dies. Same when I asked about shipping what they say they "had". Only got managed to get them on the phone once and definitely did not get a "warm and fuzzy". Price was good, but not if you receive NOTHING! User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
