Unable to contact LastPass online or by phone

I'm forced into paying for last pass and the problem is, every time I try to pay I'm told my account isn't set up yet come back later. I think I'm going to have to find another way of keeping track of my passwords because this really sucks. User's recommendation: If you can find something different do it.
