I had made numerous attempts to change the flights online i dont have set dates to travel so i wanted to leave it open (flexibility combo) and the link that was provided https://cms.volaris.com/en/travelinfo/before-your-flight/how-to-change-youritinerary/ does Not work.. i have communication on the WhatsApp trying to make changes and was told somebody would contact me d see soon. did not excepted this to be 4 days later. it is impossible to call Volaris directly, only through the app. User's recommendation: i would not recommend Volaris.
