Update by user Jun 09, 2021 Very difficult to clean and after smoke smell stinks. Good turns out OK but after smell is horrible Original review posted by user Jun 09, 2021 Drip pan and cage need to be replaced. Unable to clean. Residue is too hard and is baked. I attempt to clean it every time after use but it will not come off. User's recommendation: Info on how to prevent grease buildup.
