I have emailed, called and facebooked this One Great Family. I want to cancel the 7 day free trial. They do no respond to anything. The phone number you provide here on your site goes unanswered. They say to leave a message and some will call you. But they never do. How in the hell can you cancel when they ignore all attempts to do so. I'm desperate to get a hold of someone. Can you help?
