Unable to book the flight properly, no proper response and hav not recieved the refund yet

Hello, My boyfriend has booked the flight on which i supposed to take on 2nd of april 2021. AC 7917 from YQT to YYZ AC127 from YYZ to vancouver AC044 from vacouver to delhi UK 793 from delhi to raipur Booking number was L7VM87style=" so, when i arrived at the thunder bay airport air canadas employee has asked me to show the COVID PCR negative test but i had no proof by then > I called flight network agent to postphoned my ticket to 6th of april and he said he can do that so i paid 161 $ extra fare to rebook the flight but that agent has forgot to book the flight from delhi to raipur in UK 793 when I reached to delhi airport and went to the vistara counter for check in to get my boarding pass, they said i have no reservation on that flight so, I asked my BF to call to the flight network but they did not able to find the problem like why this has happened instead that person on the phone blamed us that we rebooked the flight only until Delhi I have no clue why that person has told us like that or may be he has no brain to figure out such silly things that on the booking history details it is memtioned that i have connecting flight until raipur > I purchased the flight from Air india 469 to raach home from delhi to raipur and also paid the domestic luggage fare and i hope you know how much it cost for the domestic luggage fare because i was travelling on international flight with 23 kgs two bag and one 27.8 kg extra bag and 10 kg check in bag. > I have all the reciept from Air india as well the boarding pass. > I need my all money back and also an apology for all the problem i have faced at delhi airport by my own > Proof to prove my all the points are available with me.
