Unable to add Mailer to e-post account

Update by user Jul 29, 2021 I contact the Canada Post technical issue department to try and resolve the issue and was advised to call Canada Post to resolve the issue. I thought that's what I was doing. All other numbers posted to call are for services I do not require assistance for. Original review posted by user Jul 29, 2021 Hello, I am unable to add my employer to my mailer list. I have entered the 9 digit number starting with 0 and entered the last 4 digits of my paylist but I am receiving a message stating that my info is incorrect. I no longer have access to my paystubs from work as I am on stress leave and need this mailer to be resolved so that I can receive my pay stubs from the Government of Canada Pay.
