Unable to access Zoom with my password
Hello: I am a licensed Zoom user (Account No xxxxxxx2193 ). When I attempt to log into Zoom using my email address and my created password, I get a error message stating that it does not recognize my email or password. When I click on Google, then I get in with no issues. I am not paying for this to have to use Google as my sign in, rather than my created username and password. I see no way on your website where I can remedy this issue. I would like to have this issue rectified.
