Moved to rural area June 2020. Called to cancel service, was told we were still under contract(?) no contact with them since 2016. Insisted that we still had 1 year for contract. Installed system in rented home with sensors on "3" doors and was told that it would be much less expensive and the monthly fee is approximately the same. Have never recd any registration info. User's recommendation: Require proof of contract as they lie to keep you.
