had a flooring contractor do a horrible job on the installation, networx, called many times when I complained but when I kept telling them I wanted to send pictures of the poor work they never said ok instead they avoided it, aslo when asked why the contractor was not background checked for a H.I.C. license they never replied to me when I found out they did not have one, I thought they verified license's before the advertise for them, BUYER BEWARE, I didn't not have a good experience and do NOT recommend them
