My credit card was misused for purchase of some items from Amazon and we also called bank and got the transaction I'd from bank.but Amazon people didn't come to contact on customer care.it was only on auto call transfer .we tried many times and we also have given complaint to CCB Bangalore.if my call to Amazon was accessable,we would have avoided the delivery of purchased item to thief.
