Un-filled $70 online order – no refund
$70+ online order for my bros birthday dinner … drive 1/2 hour to pickup… walk-in closed… waited 25 mins to get to drive through line… drive-thru employee said “we don’t have enough chicken for that order”…. “We don’t have enough chicken for even a bucket…” - BDay dinner ruined… no food. How do we get a refund… Manager at Store refused to give any documentation saying it wasn’t picked up… KF. Is totally dysfunctional.
