I want to share my recent pathetic and worst experience with Road To Makkah Umrah/Hajj Agent. Both me and my friend engaged in their services in good time before our planned departure date. They happily took cash from us with a promise of delivering Umrah Visas. The person we were dealing with was Umar. He has been telling nothing but lies since the day one. Since applying through them, I have been following up with Umar about the status of our Umrah visas every other day and he kept assuring us that we have applied well in advance and that everything will be ready as planned. A day before our departure date when I have still not heard anything from him I decided to visit their office in Harrow, London. Only to know that they are based in Birmingham and use virtual landline numbers to fool people about their London office. Nonetheless, I was told a day before our departure when we had paid for our flights, hotels etc that they can't get our visas. In reality, what I found out that they never applied for our visa. They are not a Saudi Government Authorised agent and yet they take money for a visa that is given free from the government and keep telling lies about being at the embassy etc. We have lost over £900 due to their mistake and yet they deny to refund our money. Their customer service is appalling. Lie after lie after lie. One minute they are at the Saudi Embassy and another minute they are in Birmingham. They never return your call or give you a straight honest answer. They have no mercy or fear of Allah. Please avoid this company at any cost.
