I’m trying to verify my identity

I made an account and I verified everything took a picture of my identification card and they saying that my age verification doesn't match I don't understand why they haven't verified my account I have emailed them several times and it's been 3 days going on 4 days and I still don't know why no one has got back in contact with me about my mega personal site can you please help me out please thank you
