OK… So on May 8 I ordered one shaping panty. Within about 10 minutes I received order confirmation and realized I was charged for two of them. I am mediately within a couple minutes email them to have them fix that charges. Two days later I get an email from the company stating that they process orders so quickly and ship them out so quickly that they were unable to cancel or fix my order. I sent a reply stating that I was already unhappy. I received an email Friday saying that I should get my order the following Wednesday. I did receive the panties the very next day on Saturday. There were in fact two sets of panties. However originally I ordered a small… The second set that I receive that I did not order is clearly a different size. I did take a picture showing the huge difference in size. ( to which I have attached to this complaint ).They are not marked with the size FYI. I have been playing email tag back in forth. Every email I have received from them, states that if I just try the product, that I will really appreciate having two of them. That just infuriates me because half of these emails are after I informed them that I had received the product and was very unhappy. I did tell them from the beginning that if they did not fix my order and refund my money that I would start blasting them and report them and also contact my credit card company to dispute. Long story short… I'm very unhappy with the billing process, the return and refund policy and absolutely with the customer service. My advice… This so-called good deal, it's definitely not worth the hassle and irritation. Save your money. I wish I would've been smart and checked out the reviews. Good luck and God bless
