I just purchased UB40 ticket,order#2489**** today,9 April 2021.It wasn't indicated in Viagogo that it was cancelled & accepted my payment.I called Viagogo customer service after & asked if cancelled or not and the lthey said ut wasn't cancelled.How invonsiderate& unprofessional these people,they're just after money & they don't think other people like me,u unemployed & trying my best to watch this concert & they took my payment just like that.There should be atleast a note there informing customers that it was cancelled.Please reply asap & want a full refund for further legal action.
